We try our best to evaluate the condition of our Funko POPs accurately and understand that the condition is subjective to everyone. We are only reviewing the box, not the POP itself.
For the sake of our sanity and the sheer number of previously owned Pops we purchase and add to our inventory each week we use stock photos and only list Funko POPs on our website that are very presentable and will show very little wear. The box may exhibit 1 to 3 minor issues which include a light crease, light window scuffing, minor corner ding, a small tear or slight stain.
We are not able to provide individual photos before purchasing since we use stock photos and our inventory is live on the retail sales floor and we usually have more than one in stock. All sales are final and no returns will be accepted, if during the process of pulling an order and we find more than minor damage to the box we will always contact the buyer and show pictures at that time.
